塗装後に研ぎ出しを始めました。
1200番で磨ききれない凹凸が残っているところを#180番で完全にフラットにしたので、下地が出てしまったところが数箇所あるので修復してから研ぎ出しを再開したいと思います

After painting, I started polishing.
I used #180 to completely flatten the uneven areas that couldn't be polished away with 1200 grit, but there are a few areas where the base coat is exposed, so I'll repair them and then resume polishing.

もちろん仕事の知識の総量では先輩である私が多いが、やはり経歴や専門性、興味の視点が違うから、持っている知識は違う。
知識があっても、全体周知の意識がなかったりだが、コミニュケーションを深めれば組織としての強みは増える気がする。
当たり前の事だが必要だし、やれてなかったかもしれない。
I feel like I’m learning a lot through conversations with my junior colleagues.
Of course, as their senior, I have more overall knowledge about the job. However, because our backgrounds, areas of expertise, and interests differ, the knowledge we each possess is also different.
Even if someone has knowledge, it might not be effectively shared with the team. But by deepening communication, I believe we can enhance the organization’s strengths.
It’s such a basic concept, but it’s essential, and I might not have been doing it as much as I should have.

I just know how to live a carefree life as a human being.
There are limits to what you can do on your own.
Recognize the role that only you can play and delegate what you can.

You won't know until you try anything.
